Sense&React is divided in 10 work packages. Main work packages include
- Definition of requirements and pilot cases
- Investigation and definition of ICT technology infrastructure required to enable factory wide sense-and-react approach
- Development of the system for the storage, process, control and distribution of manufacturing information at shop-floor
- Integration of location services to the shop floor environment
- Development of methods so as to optimize the load of information presented to the different shop-floor personnel and optimize task execution and production scheduling parameters utilizing real-time data from the sensor network
- Development of a minimal set of interface and with respect to reducing the cognitive load of potential users
- Testing outcomes through industrial use cases
